We vinden het jammer om te horen dat je overweegt om je lidmaatschap te beëindigen. Voordat je verder gaat met het uitschrijvingsproces, willen we graag benadrukken dat we waarderen wat je hebt bijgedragen aan onze club en dat we altijd de deur openhouden voor je terugkeer.
Hier zijn enkele belangrijke punten, uit het huishoudelijk reglement om te overwegen bij het uitschrijven:

Het verenigingsjaar loopt van 1 juli tot en met 30 juni.

Opzeggingen dienen uiterlijk vóór 1 mei te worden ingediend om je uit te schrijven voor het volgende verenigingsjaar. Opzeggingen na 1 mei vereisen dat de contributie wordt betaald tot het einde van het volgende verenigingsjaar.

In geval van verhuizing, ziekte of lichamelijke gebreken die je deelname aan de clubactiviteiten belemmeren, kun je tussentijds opzeggen met inachtneming van een opzeggingstermijn van ten minste 1 maand.
Om je uitschrijving te voltooien, vragen we je om de onderstaande gegevens te sturen naar de ledenadministratie (administratie@bvalphia.nl) met het verzoek tot uitschrijving. Door deze email te sturen, verklaar je dat je de opzegvoorwaarden van BVA Tigers heb gelezen en begrepen.

We streven ernaar om het proces voor jou zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen. Na ontvangst van je uitschrijving, zal onze penningmeester de nodige betalingscontroles uitvoeren en zal de ledenadministratie je uitschrijving verifiëren. Dit proces kan een aantal dagen duren.

We’re sorry to hear that you are considering ending your membership. Before you proceed with the unsubscription process, we want to emphasize that we appreciate what you have contributed to our club and that we always keep the door open for your return.
- Here are some key points, from the club’s bylaws, to consider when unsubscribing:
- The association year runs from July 1st to June 30th.
- Cancellations must be submitted no later than May 1st to unsubscribe for the next association year. Cancellations after May 1st require payment of dues until the end of the next association year.
In case of relocation, illness, or physical disabilities that impede your participation in club activities, you may cancel mid-term with at least 1 month’s notice.
To complete your unsubscription, we kindly ask you to send the following details to the membership administration (administratie@bvalphia.nl) with your request for unsubscription. By sending this email, you declare that you have read and understood the cancellation terms of BVA Tigers.
